The antioxidant



Feeling a little sluggish? Having the flu? Make yourself an antioxidant smoothie! This powerhouse will keep you super healthy.


Ingredients:

- water as preffered

- 1 green teabag

- 2 teaspoons honey

- 1,5 cup blueberries

- half of a banana

- a quarter cup of soy milk (more or less)


Mix et voilà.


The main benefits of this smoothie are:

- you will have more energy

- your immune system will strengthen, which means less bugs

- weightloss

- glowy skin

- more stable blood sugar


All these benefits with a smoothie in just a few minutes. Of course, there are many more ingredients you can add or replace in this recipe, depending on what you like and what your body needs. These smoothies can be bought in supermarkets as well, but those ones contain a lot of added sugar, which is not good for your health. Make your own smoothie so you consume real ingredients only!
